Playback

This UI screen allows playing back retained capture data (video and audio). Behind the scenes, MPEG-dash streaming technology is used. This enables you to choose virtually any timeframe (up to configured retention period) and media will start playing almost immediately.

Find and Play

To find and play media fragment, use the form on the left filling in the below data:

• Site
• Device Type (Audio / Video)
• Device Name
• Start date and time
• End date and time
• Multi-select classifiers (optional) to add detection markers to media clip

Click “Find & Play” to initiate playback based on provided crtiteria.

Download

Once stream metadata is loaded, you will see “Download” link displayed under main player. Clicking this link will start thr down load process of media clip in MP4 format. This can be useful for offline playback or for sharing recorded data.

Sync Play

Synchronized playback can be activated by choosing device from dropdown list under main player. Once chosen, media stream will for the same time frame as in “Find and Play” form and playback will start automatically.
